Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations. Making a reservation is also the conclusion of an Apartment Rental Agreement between the owners <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> , hereinafter referred to as <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> and the customer, under the conditions specified in the regulations and price list. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> These terms of use of the apartments constitute an integral part of the apartment rental agreement concluded between the Guest and the owners <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> being a party to a rental agreement, for a holiday, tourist or business stay. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Lease agreement concluded between <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> covers only the rental of the apartment. Access, meals and organization of the time of stay are the sole responsibility of the Guest.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Apartment &#8211; a flat, described in detail on the website www.halnaresidence.pl, which the Guest rents for a temporary stay for leisure, tourist or business purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Guest &#8211; a natural or legal person, will be a party to the Apartment rental agreement <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> . <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><b>\u00a72 Booking and cancellation conditions:<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Apartment booking <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> can be done: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; by phone at: +48 518 331 364<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; by e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:halnaresidence@gmail.com\"> halnaresidence@gmail.com <\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> &#8211; via the website: <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.halnaresidence.pl\/\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> www.halnaresidence.pl <\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; through booking portals<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">The condition for the reservation is the payment of the deposit within the prescribed period.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Resignation from renting the Apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> takes place: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; when booking via the booking.com portal &#8211; based on the booking conditions contained on the booking.com portal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; when booking through any other booking channel &#8211; regardless of the date of resignation, the down payment is forfeited.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Meeting our guests in the event of cancellation <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> proposes to come on a different date, after agreeing on the exact date by both parties. <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Guests who intend to extend their stay in the apartment are kindly asked to report this fact to the representatives <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> until 9:00 am on the day when the deadline for renting the room expires. Reservations are extended depending on the availability of the apartments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> In case of failure to notify about the intention to extend the stay <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> reserves the right to transfer items by a commission and deposit them in another available apartment. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">In the event of an early departure, the Guest will not be refunded the price difference resulting from the shortened stay.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b>Halna Residence<\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> reserves the right, in the event of a breakdown or random events in the apartment, to provide a replacement apartment with parameters similar to the apartment booked. In the absence of consent to the exchange of the apartment, the contract will be changed a <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> is obliged to refund the amount charged to the Guest. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a73 Prices:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> All prices offered by <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> are expressed in PLN and include the currently applicable VAT. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">The payment for the booked services is calculated in accordance with the Price List valid on the date of booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> The price of renting the apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> does not include the spa fee. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating) are included in the cost of the stay.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">The fee does not include additional services such as: transfer from the airport, additional change of bed linen and towels, stay of an animal, cleaning at the request of the Guest, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> At the guest&#8217;s request <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> may issue a simplified invoice, with prior indication of such a request and providing the invoice details. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Additional fees:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; spa tax: PLN 4.40 per person per night;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; fee for the arrival with an animal: PLN 50 once for the entire stay;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; fee for renting equipment for children, i.e. cot, baby bath, high chair: PLN 50 one-time for the entire stay for each of the above-mentioned devices;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; towel rental fee: PLN 25 once for the entire stay;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; parking fee: no;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\">&#8211; fee for losing keys and \/ or gate remote control: PLN 200.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a74 Payment:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">After making the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 3 days to the account: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong> Kazimierz Posielski<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">21 1050 1849 1000 0092 3721 5943  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">IBAN: PL 21 1050 1849 1000 0092 3721 5943 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\">SWIFT: INGBPLPW<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Katarzyna Posielska<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ING Bank \u015al\u0105ski<\/p>\n<p>08 1050 1849 1000 0097 3045 6036<\/p>\n<p>IBAN: PL 08 1050 1849 1000 0097 3045 6036<\/p>\n<p>SWIFT: INGBPLPW<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">After paying the deposit, please send the transfer confirmation to the e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:halnaresidence@gmail.com\"> halnaresidence@gmail.com <\/a> . Failure to pay the deposit within the prescribed period will cancel the reservation!<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a75 Check-in and check-out rules:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> 1 day before arrival at the latest <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> is obliged to send information to the Guest about the details of the stay, e.g. apartment number, PIN code for the box, etc. Information is sent via e-mail.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Apartments <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> are rented for hotel days. The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Guests can check in 24h \/ 7h, the earliest at 16:00 on arrival. Keys to the Apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b>Halna Residence<\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> are left in specially prepared lockers with a PIN code. Before arrival, the guest receives his unique PIN code to the safe of his apartment. The caches are located at the entrance to the property <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>Halna Residence.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> should be reported to the representative <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> immediately after their identification \/ check-in. Failure to report on the day of check-in means no defects or damage.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Check-out takes place by 10:00. Guests leave the keys to the apartment in lockers, locking them with their unique PIN code.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a76 Accomodation rules:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Guests are obliged to keep the curfew from 22:00 to 7:00. The behavior of guests should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other guests. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b> may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle! <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> In the apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> no more Guests can live than the number reported in the booking process. Visitors to the Guests may stay in the apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">The guest is obliged to keep the apartment in the same condition. Moving furniture and household appliances \/ electronics that are part of the apartment&#8217;s equipment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> is not allowed. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> The guest is financially responsible for damage to property <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> The guest will be charged with the resulting costs. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Before leaving the apartment each time <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> The guest should carefully close the windows and entrance doors. <\/span> <\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">The guest has no right to transfer the rented apartment to third parties. It is also forbidden to pass the keys to the front door to third parties.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Owner <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> is not responsible for the loss or damage of items left in the apartment by guests. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> During the stay, the Guest is the only user of the apartment, therefore a representative in the normal mode <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> will come to the apartment only on call and in the presence of the Guest. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> In the apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> apply <\/span> <span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>absolute ban on smoking. There is a penalty of PLN 700 for breaking it.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Throughout the apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> apply <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b> an absolute ban on walking in ski boots. <\/b><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Ski equipment must be left in the ski room, corridor or garage. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>Fireplace<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> can only be operated by an adult. It is strictly forbidden to burn garbage in the fireplace.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b> Ash <\/b><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> please dispose of it in a specially designed metal container. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Not allowed <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b> to lean out <\/b><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> over the railings on the balcony or jump from the balcony. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> At your disposal <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> there is a parking lot. Please park only in the areas assigned to each apartment, facing or facing the fence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b>Halna Residence<\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> is not legally and civilly liable for claims in the event of accidents, bodily injuries or death of Guests or third parties in the apartment during the Guest&#8217;s stay. Owners <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> are fully relieved of such liability. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a77 Security:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Object <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> it is fenced. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">There is a gate remote near the keys. Please close the gate at each entry and exit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> For the safety and comfort of our guests, the facility <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> is under the constant protection of a security company. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> In the event of disturbing the order and peaceful stay of other guests in the facility <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\">, the security company has a duty to intervene. Nuisance disturbing order may result in calling the police.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> In the event of gross or hooligan violation of the rules set out in these regulations <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> has the right to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect and to remove the Guest and accompanying persons from the Apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> . <\/span> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a78 Pets:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">We invite our guests with their pets, i.e. cats or dogs. With the stay of the animal in the Apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> there is an additional fee of PLN 50 for the entire stay. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> The condition for accepting an animal is the notification of the arrival of guests with the animal at the time of booking the Apartment <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\">. In the absence of notification, a representative <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> has the right to refuse to accept an animal. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">We accept only healthy animals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Pet owners are required to have their own bedding for them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> Dog owners are required to take him outside the premises <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> and to clean up his excrement. Cat owners must have a sand \/ gravel litter box.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> On the premises <\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b> Halna Residence <\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> animals must be looked after by their owners. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3 lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"reg\">\n<h3 class=\"western\" id=\"covid\" lang=\"en-US\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><b>\u00a79 Emergency situations: epidemiological status of COVID-19 coronavirus infections:<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\"><i><b>Halna Residence<\/b><\/i><\/span><span lang=\"pl-PL\"> undertakes to ensure security in the facility in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Development of 28.04.2020r.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">On the premises, in public places, i.e. in the staircases there are dispensers with hand disinfectant along with instructions on how to properly disinfect hands, available to guests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Common touch surfaces, i.e. handrails, handles, light switches, handles are regularly disinfected.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"pl-PL\">Shared rooms, i.e. a playroom for children, a playground for children, grills in the garden are excluded from use until the next stage of defrosting.
