Halna Residence Terms and Conditions

 

§1 General rules:

  1. The Regulations define the conditions of booking and renting the Apartments Halna Residence . Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of the Regulations. Making a reservation is also the conclusion of an Apartment Rental Agreement between the owners Halna Residence , hereinafter referred to as Halna Residence and the customer, under the conditions specified in the regulations and price list.
  • These terms of use of the apartments constitute an integral part of the apartment rental agreement concluded between the Guest and the owners Halna Residence being a party to a rental agreement, for a holiday, tourist or business stay.
  • Lease agreement concluded between Halna Residence covers only the rental of the apartment. Access, meals and organization of the time of stay are the sole responsibility of the Guest.
  • Apartment – a flat, described in detail on the website www.halnaresidence.pl, which the Guest rents for a temporary stay for leisure, tourist or business purposes.
  • Guest – a natural or legal person, will be a party to the Apartment rental agreement Halna Residence .

 

§2 Booking and cancellation conditions:

  1. Apartment booking Halna Residence can be done:

– through booking portals

  1. The condition for the reservation is the payment of the deposit within the prescribed period.
  2. Resignation from renting the Apartment Halna Residence takes place:

– when booking via the booking.com portal – based on the booking conditions contained on the booking.com portal

– when booking through any other booking channel – regardless of the date of resignation, the down payment is forfeited.

  1. Meeting our guests in the event of cancellation Halna Residence proposes to come on a different date, after agreeing on the exact date by both parties.
  2. Guests who intend to extend their stay in the apartment are kindly asked to report this fact to the representatives Halna Residence until 9:00 am on the day when the deadline for renting the room expires. Reservations are extended depending on the availability of the apartments.
  3. In case of failure to notify about the intention to extend the stay Halna Residence reserves the right to transfer items by a commission and deposit them in another available apartment.
  4. In the event of an early departure, the Guest will not be refunded the price difference resulting from the shortened stay.
  5. Halna Residence reserves the right, in the event of a breakdown or random events in the apartment, to provide a replacement apartment with parameters similar to the apartment booked. In the absence of consent to the exchange of the apartment, the contract will be changed a Halna Residence is obliged to refund the amount charged to the Guest.

 

§3 Prices:

  1. All prices offered by Halna Residence are expressed in PLN and include the currently applicable VAT.

  2. The payment for the booked services is calculated in accordance with the Price List valid on the date of booking.

  3. The price of renting the apartment Halna Residence does not include the spa fee.

  4. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, heating) are included in the cost of the stay.

  5. The fee does not include additional services such as: transfer from the airport, additional change of bed linen and towels, stay of an animal, cleaning at the request of the Guest, etc.

  6. At the guest’s request Halna Residence may issue a simplified invoice, with prior indication of such a request and providing the invoice details.

  7. Additional fees:

– spa tax: PLN 4.40 per person per night;

– fee for the arrival with an animal: PLN 50 once for the entire stay;

– fee for renting equipment for children, i.e. cot, baby bath, high chair: PLN 50 one-time for the entire stay for each of the above-mentioned devices;

– towel rental fee: PLN 25 once for the entire stay;

– parking fee: no;

– fee for losing keys and / or gate remote control: PLN 200.

 

§4 Payment:

  1. After making the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid within 3 days to the account:

  1. After paying the deposit, please send the transfer confirmation to the e-mail address: halnaresidence@gmail.com . Please let us know in the confirmation email if you need a simplified account. If you need to issue an invoice, please provide exact details.
  • The remaining amount must be paid on the second day after arrival at the latest. You can pay in cash or by credit card.

WARNING! Failure to pay the deposit within the prescribed period will cancel the reservation!

 

§5 Check-in and check-out rules:

  1. 1 day before arrival at the latest Halna Residence is obliged to send information to the Guest about the details of the stay, e.g. apartment number, PIN code for the box, etc. Information is sent via e-mail.
  • Apartments Halna Residence are rented for hotel days. The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00.
  • Guests can check in 24h / 7h, the earliest at 16:00 on arrival. Keys to the Apartment Halna Residence are left in specially prepared lockers with a PIN code. Before arrival, the guest receives his unique PIN code to the safe of his apartment. The caches are located at the entrance to the property Halna Residence.
  • Any kind of damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the apartment Halna Residence should be reported to the representative Halna Residence immediately after their identification / check-in. Failure to report on the day of check-in means no defects or damage.
  • Check-out takes place by 10:00. Guests leave the keys to the apartment in lockers, locking them with their unique PIN code.

 

§6 Accomodation rules:

  1. Guests are obliged to keep the curfew from 22:00 to 7:00. The behavior of guests should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other guests.

Halna Residence may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle!

  1. In the apartment Halna Residence no more Guests can live than the number reported in the booking process. Visitors to the Guests may stay in the apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00.
  2. The guest is obliged to keep the apartment in the same condition. Moving furniture and household appliances / electronics that are part of the apartment’s equipment Halna Residence is not allowed.
  3. The guest is financially responsible for damage to property Halna Residence caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The guest will be charged with the resulting costs.
  4. Before leaving the apartment each time Halna Residence The guest should carefully close the windows and entrance doors.
  5. The guest has no right to transfer the rented apartment to third parties. It is also forbidden to pass the keys to the front door to third parties.
  6. Owner Halna Residence is not responsible for the loss or damage of items left in the apartment by guests.
  7. During the stay, the Guest is the only user of the apartment, therefore a representative in the normal mode Halna Residence will come to the apartment only on call and in the presence of the Guest.
  8. In the apartment Halna Residence apply absolute ban on smoking. There is a penalty of PLN 700 for breaking it.
  9. Throughout the apartment Halna Residence apply an absolute ban on walking in ski boots. Ski equipment must be left in the ski room, corridor or garage.
  10. Fireplace can only be operated by an adult. It is strictly forbidden to burn garbage in the fireplace.

Ash please dispose of it in a specially designed metal container.

  1. Not allowed to lean out over the railings on the balcony or jump from the balcony.
  2. At your disposal Halna Residence there is a parking lot. Please park only in the areas assigned to each apartment, facing or facing the fence.
  3. Halna Residence is not legally and civilly liable for claims in the event of accidents, bodily injuries or death of Guests or third parties in the apartment during the Guest’s stay. Owners Halna Residence are fully relieved of such liability.

 

§7 Security:

  1. Object Halna Residence it is fenced.
  • There is a gate remote near the keys. Please close the gate at each entry and exit.
  • For the safety and comfort of our guests, the facility Halna Residence is under the constant protection of a security company.
  • In the event of disturbing the order and peaceful stay of other guests in the facility Halna Residence , the security company has a duty to intervene. Nuisance disturbing order may result in calling the police.
  • In the event of gross or hooligan violation of the rules set out in these regulations Halna Residence has the right to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect and to remove the Guest and accompanying persons from the Apartment Halna Residence .

 

§8 Pets:

  1. We invite our guests with their pets, i.e. cats or dogs. With the stay of the animal in the Apartment Halna Residence there is an additional fee of PLN 50 for the entire stay.
  • The condition for accepting an animal is the notification of the arrival of guests with the animal at the time of booking the Apartment Halna Residence . In the absence of notification, a representative Halna Residence has the right to refuse to accept an animal.
  • We accept only healthy animals.
  • Pet owners are required to have their own bedding for them.
  • Dog owners are required to take him outside the premises Halna Residence and to clean up his excrement. Cat owners must have a sand / gravel litter box.
  • On the premises Halna Residence animals must be looked after by their owners.

 

§9 Emergency situations: epidemiological status of COVID-19 coronavirus infections:

  1. Halna Residence undertakes to ensure security in the facility in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Development of 28.04.2020r.
  2. On the premises, in public places, i.e. in the staircases there are dispensers with hand disinfectant along with instructions on how to properly disinfect hands, available to guests.
  3. Common touch surfaces, i.e. handrails, handles, light switches, handles are regularly disinfected.
  4. Shared rooms, i.e. a playroom for children, a playground for children, grills in the garden are excluded from use until the next stage of defrosting. The above-mentioned spaces can be used exclusively by guests Halna Residence accommodated together.
  5. After each stay of our guests, we not only routinely clean the apartment Halna Residence , but we also disinfect all touch surfaces, appliances and bathrooms and a thoroughly ventilated apartment.
  6. In the current situation, it is not allowed to use blow dryers, which were available in bathrooms in each Apartment.
  7. Visitors Halna Residence are required to wear face masks that cover their mouth and nose.
  8. On the premises Halna Residence Only guests can stay Halna Residence . According to the guidelines, guests are not allowed to invite visitors (non-residents).
  9. Halna Residence has the right not to admit the Guest to the premises of the facility in the event of illnesses, e.g. persistent cough, malaise, breathing difficulties, fever.

 

§10 Complaints:

  1. In the event of irregularities, the Guest has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of their occurrence. Complaints, complaints and all grievances should be sent to the following address: halnaresidence@gmail.com. The complaint is considered within 14 working days of its receipt. The guest will be immediately notified of the method of its consideration by e-mail.

 

§11 Additional information:

  1. In the event of failure to comply with the above regulations Halna Residence reserves the right
    to terminate the contract with the Guest with immediate effect without the obligation to refund the amount due
    for the remaining booking period.
  • Halna Residence may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during their previous stay Halna Residence.
